A Accounts Manager is responsible for the financial health and growth of a company's accounts receivable. They ensure that customers are paid on time, by following up with them to make sure payments were received and processed correctly. Additionally, they work to identify any potential billing errors or discrepancies so that they can be corrected as soon as possible.
1. Proven experience managing accounts and budgets
2. Fluent in written and verbal English, including the ability to read financial reports
3. Extensive knowledge of accounting software programs, such as QuickBooks or Peachtree Accounting
4. Strong organizational skills and a commitment to accuracy and timely completion of tasks
