A accounts manager is responsible for the overall financial health of an organization. This includes keeping track of expenses, analyzing revenue and profit margins, preparing budgets, and issuing payments to creditors. The accountants who work in this capacity typically have a degree in business or accounting.
1. Strong accounting experience, preferably in a corporate setting
2. Excellent communication and organization skills
3. Proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with accuracy and precision
4. Experience managing budgets or financial reports is beneficial but not required
5. Demonstrated knowledge of business software such as SAP or Oracle
