An acrylic fabricator is someone who creates plastic pieces, such as tiles and sheets, from polymers like acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS). ABS is a common material for making plastics because it's strong yet lightweight.

What qualifications are required to become a Acrylic Fabricator?

1. The ability to use a computer-based drafting or design program

2. Experience in fabricating plastics and other materials using injection molding, FDM (fused deposition modeling), or CNC machining

3. Must be proficient in English

4. Possess knowledge of basic chemical principles involved in acrylic fabrication including heat stability, solubility, and crosslinking agents

5. Have experience working with metalworking machines such as lathes & mills

1. Excellent mechanical and fabrication skills
