A acrylic fabricator is someone who manufactures and sells acrylic products, such as sheets, fabrics, insulation materials, and signs.
1. Experience in the fabrication of acrylic materials is a must.
2. Knowledge of fiber optic technology and how to use it in fabricating acrylic material is important
3. Understanding of micro-machining techniques used for producing precision parts using lasers or electron beams is essential
4. Expertise with CAD software, including 3D modeling abilities, are useful tools when designing custom components for an acrylic manufacturer
5. A good understanding of acoustics and sound waves is also helpful as acoustic design plays a role in creating perfect audio/visual experiences from products made with Acrylic Fabrication
-The skill required to become a acrylic fabricator is the ability to use machines and tools that are used in the fabrication of acrylic products. -Some other skills that may be needed include good hand-eye coordination, strong work ethic, and knowledge about plastics.
