Now Hiring!!! We are looking for FEMALE Admin Assistant. We are environmental services company in Abu Dhabi. Our environmental services are Kitchen Duct Cleaning, Grease Trap Cleaning, Water Tank Cleaning, Pest Bird Control, etc. Job Responsibilities: - Professional in administrative and clerical procedure. - Handling all incoming correspondence and e-mails. - Responsible for maintaining a systematic filling records and computerized register logs. Assist the manager in preparing strategic and marketing plans.- - Ability to conduct market research data to identify potential clients. - Provide executive level assistance and customer relations. - Attend meetings and write minutes of meeting. - Maintaining and monitoring employees' database. - Coordinate with accounts department to follow up pending payment with clients. - Responsible for drafting letters, quotations, reports, and email correspondence. - Managing database and prioritizing workload. - Provide full administrative support to sales department. - Ensuring all documents up to date within electronic filing system. - Prepare documents for oil companies' tenders and pre-qualification requirement. - Ability to schedule and maintain manpower allocation database for our projects. - Prepare daily schedule and job order for our operational teams as per projects cycle visits. - Prepare and deliver power point presentation on product and services. - Ability to use internet marketing channels to promote the company products and services on line. REQUIREMENTS: - 3-4 years' experience preferably in Facilities Management companies or relevant industry. - Proficiency in English - Proficiency in MS Office- - Excellent writing, presentation, communication and negotiation skills. - Time management and planning skills. - Bachelor`s degree in Business Administration or Management.
