What is a Admin Assistant?

A Admin Assistant is a position within an organization that assists in the management of day-to-day operations. They may provide support for various tasks such as scheduling, ordering supplies, managing emails and phone calls, or handling customer service inquiries.

What qualifications are required to become a Admin Assistant?

1. Experience in administrative support or office management is a must for this position.

2. Strong computer skills are essential, as the Admin Assistant will be responsible for managing scheduling and communication tools, as well as working with various software programs.

3. Excellent customer service skills are necessary to deal with both individual customers and large groups of people at once effectively; being organized, detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously is also important .
