•Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office and site requirements •Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors •Obtaining Gate Passes and required NOCs of each projects as required by authorities •Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc. •Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail. •Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication. •Scheduling appointments and maintain the calendars for the suppliers or subcontractors as per site request. •Provides information by answering questions and requests. •Preparing and sending the LPOs to suppliers/ subcontractors. •Good Attention to Detail •Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. •Taking on initiatives •Tracking for expiration dates of insurance (medical, vehicle, CAR, etc.), trade license, visa of all employees, emirates ID of all employees, labour cards, vehicle license, vehicle advertisement sticker permit, authority cards (DCD, Trakhees, DM, etc.), E-signature card, Company Sponsor (Passport & Emirates ID), etc.
