Job Description

-Manage office supplies stock and place orders -Working directly with Managing Director -Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets -Maintain and update customer databases -Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents -going the extra Mile -assistance in Procurement process -sales follow up -Answer queries by employees and clients -Able to learn new softwares computer-savvy ( monday.com & Zoho accounting ) -Create quotations and follow up in professional manner. Punctual , Organized -Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments arranging meeting for general manager -Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails, and packages) -Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned

What is a Admin Assistant?

An assistant who assists the administrator in their day-to-day work. May include tasks such as answering phones, filing, etc.

What qualifications are required to become a Admin Assistant?

1. A degree in admin or office administration is required.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this position as it requires working with a wide range of people from all walks of life, both inside and outside the company/organization.

3. Prior experience managing administrative tasks such as filing, calendar management, email correspondence etc., is desirable but not necessary for the role of Admin Assistant.

4 Being organized and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high levels of productivity is also important for this position since administrators are often responsible for on-the-go duties such as responding to urgent emails or attending meetings without prior notice . 5 The ability to work independently under pressure with minimal supervision is a must if you want to make an impact at your first job out of college
