Admin ASSISTANT (BAKERY) Managing customer order taking and booking Taking customer orders. Following up with customers on enquiries and order requests. Preparing Production Orders (POs) for the production team. Booking and managing deliveries for orders. Keeping check on inventory and making day end reports. Contacting Suppliers to get quotations. Supervising the production team members to follow SOPs QUALITIES Attentiveness and Attention to Fine Details. Effective communication skills and People Management Excellent Customer Service and approach Good time management skills Results Oriented Problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure and make fast but Accurate calculations EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS Computer literacy and Intermediate knowledge of Ms Suites (especially Excel) Good Mathematic skills High School diploma Initiative taking and enthusiastic personality will be preffered
