DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF ADMIN ASSISTANT (BAKERY) Managing customer order taking and booking Taking customer orders from all streams: Mainly: Whatsapp, Instagram and Facebook Following up with customers on enquiries and order requests. Preparing and Calculating accurate BOMs (Bill of Materials) for all cake orders and customized orders. Preparing Production Orders (POs) for the production team and ensuring that the team understands what is to be produced. Managing item deliveries according to the standard operating procedures of the company. Ensuring that the bakery is adequately stocked with quality baking ingredients and supplies. Contacting Suppliers and Inventory management. Ensuring that baking tools, utensils, and equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. Creating, supervising and managing suitable work schedules for production team members and allocating the order preparation. Supervising the production team members to produce high-quality bakery items while following proper food handling procedures and quality checks. Following up and resolving customer complaints in a professional manner. QUALITIES Attentiveness and Attention to Fine Details.
