We are looking for a Female Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities. Responsibilities: Answer telephone calls and pass them on and reply to email, telephone or face to face enquiries. Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters and forms. Update and maintain office policies, procedures and expenses. Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers. Carry out administrative duties such as develop and maintain a filing system, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc. Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient. Resolve administrative problems. Maintain up-to-date employee holiday records. Requirements 3 years of Administrative Assistant experience. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures. Proficiency in MS Office, with a knowledge of Tally. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task. Can join immediately. Salary: 4000 – 5000 AED all included

A Admin Assistant is someone who assists the Administrator in their duties. They are typically responsible for tasks such as creating new users, setting up servers, and responding to customer support issues.
1. A minimum of two years experience as an administrative assistant or secretary is required to be a successful candidate for this position.
2. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential because the Admin Assistant will be responsible for working with various departments within the company, coordinating schedules, managing files and keeping track of deadlines.
3. Awareness of computer applications is also a plus – particularly Microsoft Office Suite- due to the fact that most admin tasks involve using these tools in some capacity.
