Job Description

Our start-up advertising agency is looking for an Admin Assistant with Photoshop knowledge to join our small office located in Muweilah Sharjah. The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. Office Location: Muweilah, Sharjah Salary offered is AED 2500 + commission for tele sales Responsibilities Manage Accounts Schedule and confirm meetings Ensure file organization Provide ad hoc support around office as needed Co-ordinate with suppliers / clients for the smooth business flow Email marketing Create mockups / edit printable files using illustrator / photoshop Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Ability to multitask Proficient in Microsoft Office suite Knowledge of Photoshop / Illustrator Able to work independently without supervision
