A Admin cum Sales Executive is a person who can effectively manage and lead sales teams. Additionally, they must have excellent communication skills to provide leadership and support to their team members.
1. A degree in business or a related field is required.
2. Previous experience working as an admin or sales executive is preferred, but not necessary.
3. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential for this role; good computer literacy is also desirable, as most tasks will be carried out through email and internet-based tools such as Google Docs/Sheets/.
4. The ability to work independently with minimal supervision is important, along with the willingness to take on some responsibility of own initiative when needed (i..e., being proactive in problem solving).
