We are a leading Software Company looking for a Administrator Cum Sales Coordinator with 1-2 year's of relevant experience. The candidate should meet the following requirements: * Prepare sales quotation and sending emails to potential customer and recording in the ERP. * In charge in maintaining the office. * Handling office duties, such as answering and routing phones, responding to emails, maintaining employee, and client records, and data entry and reporting. * Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages. * Maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records and prepare reports. * Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for new client acquisition * Checking of customer feedback and keeping full data in the system. * Female candidates are preferred. * Candidate must a have a minimum of 1 - 2 years’ experience in the mentioned profile. * Good spoken and written English. * Candidate should be a graduate of Business Administration or Technical field. * Job Location: HiLITE Business Park, Calicut * Job Type: Full-time
