A Admin cum Secretary is a person who assists the Manager in running an organisation. They are responsible for organising and managing staff, as well as keeping track of financial information.
1. A university degree in business administration or a related field is required.
2. Previous experience as an administrative assistant, secretary, or office manager is preferred.
3. Good writing and communication skills are essential for this position because it involves working with both internal and external clients/customers.
4. The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while staying organized is also important since the admin cum secretary will be responsible for managing client files, calendars, correspondence etc..
