A Admin cum Secretary is a person who assists the administrator in running an organisation and taking care of its daily affairs. They may also be responsible for keeping track of important documents, organising meetings, liaising with other departments within the company or managing customer relations.
1. A degree in administration or a related field is required.
2. Previous experience as an administrative assistant, secretary, or in another office support role is helpful but not mandatory.
3. Excellent writing and communication skills are necessary for the position of Admin cum Secretary because they will be using email, phone calls, and other forms of communications to work with clients and employees on a daily basis.
4. Attention to detail is essential; secretaries must be able to recall important information such as client names and addresses accurately while keeping track of multiple projects at once without missing deadlines or getting distracted by extraneous tasks/events occurring around them..
