A Admin cum Secretary is a position that oversees the daily operations of an organization. They are responsible for managing staff, organizing files and records, and overseeing financial transactions. Additionally, they may be tasked with creating or editing documents within their organization.
1. A good typing speed and accuracy is required for an Admin cum Secretary position.
2. Excellent organizational skills are a must, as the admin/secretary will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all activities within the organization.
3. Knowledge in office procedures and software programs such as word or excel is essential, since this job entails performing administrative tasks with computers at hand; additionally, knowledge in customer service (phone handling) would also benefit the candidate greatly due to dealing with clients on occasion during their work day .
