Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and efficient individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant cum Secretary. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the organization. You will also be responsible for secretarial duties to assist in managing executive schedules and communications. Responsibilities: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations Assist in organizing and maintaining files and records Make travel arrangements and accommodations as required Coordinate and arrange logistics for meetings and events Provide general administrative support to the team as needed Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as managing expense reports and invoices Handle confidential information with utmost professionalism and discretion Requirements: Proven experience as an administrative assistant or secretary Proficient in using office software and equipment (e.g., MS Office, printers, scanners) Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritize workload Discretion when dealing with confidential information Professional and proactive approach to work Preferred Qualifications: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field Experience in managing executive calendars and travel arrangements Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles Familiarity with industry-specific software or tools If you meet the above qualifications and are interested in joining our team, please submit your resume along with a cover letter detailing your relevant experience.
