We are looking for a responsible Administrator to organize our company’s day-to-day operations. Your job will be to provide clerical support to our managers and employees and coordinate all daily administrative activities. Responsibilities Administer company license, tenancy contract and various documents with UAE government authorities such as Economic Department, Municipality, Chamber of Commerce, etc. Develop and maintain a filing system File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports. Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, and/or presentation software. Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email. Prepare responses containing routine inquiries. Arrange and schedule appointments and meetings. Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work. Set up and oversee administrative policies and procedures for offices and/or organizations. Interpret administrative and operating policies and procedures for employees. Manage employees attendance, payroll, and group insurance Qualifications · Proven experience as a Secretary, Office Administrator, and any related role with at least 3 years UAE experience. · Knowledge of office management systems and procedures · Working knowledge of office equipment. · Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular) · Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work · Attention to detail and problem solving skills · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task · Bachelor degree; additional certification / qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
