An Admin Executive is a person who oversees the administration of an organization. They are responsible for ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed, as well as overseeing employee productivity. Additionally, they may be responsible for providing support to higher-level executives within the organization.
1. Minimum of 5 years experience as a senior administrator in an organization with at least 1,000 employees.
2. Proven track record of success in leading and managing teams to achieve organizational goals while exhibiting strong customer service and communication skills.
3. Knowledgeable about various administrative processes within the company such as human resources, payroll, financials, purchasing etc...
4. Excellent leadership abilities; able to inspire team members through clear communication and decisive decision making when needed.

1. Strong leadership skills - an Admin Executive must be able to lead a team and have strong communication abilities. They need to know how to handle difficult situations and work well under pressure.
