Admin required for a car rental company, must be able to join immediately: Responsibilities include: 1) Admin work 2) Invoicing ( Basic level, training will be given) 3) Handling purchases 4) Working on car rental and RTA programs Node and TARS (Training will be given) 5) Updating excels and job sheets 6) follow ups of unfinished jobs Candidate must be : 1) Able to work on their own without constant supervision 2) Hard working, and pays attention to details with a high level of accuracy is a must. 3) Excellent communication and typing skills 4) Excellent record keeping 5) Proficient in office ( Word, Excel, Outlook) Working Hours 10 am to 8 pm. 6 days a week.
