A Admin Executive is someone who oversees and manages the day-to-day operations of a company or organization. They are responsible for ensuring that all activities take place in an organized and efficient manner, as well as maintaining compliance with applicable laws and regulations. An executive may also be involved in strategic planning, marketing, finance, human resources or IT management.
1. A college degree in business, administration or a related field is required.
2. Previous experience in an executive-level position with a company that operates as a nonprofit organization or government agency is preferred.
3. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential for this career path; excellent problem solving ability also helps to succeed in the role of Admin Executive .
4. Minimum 3 years’ experience working within administrative roles in either private organizations (for profit) or public institutions such as schools, hospitals, etc.).
5 An understanding of how nonprofits work and their mission statements would be helpful but not necessary for this career
