Job Description

Business Support Administrator -1 Salary- (2500+commission) Exp: 2-3 years Male / Female Any VISA (All the above) 1 Handle Digital Marketing Activities including Search Engine Optimization, Website maintenance. 2 Good knowledge of CRM, ERP and business support software. 3 Conduct email marketing, cold calls, WhatsApp and receive calls. 4 Undertake some of administration works such as work scheduling and coordination. 5 Act as communication Center for customers and operations team. 6 Provide analytical reporting of all activities handled, customers, 7 Posting content on all client social media channels and the website. 8 Design digital media campaigns aligned with business goals. 9 Preparing both long and short term engaging content to drive the business growth. 10 Monitoring trends in social media, suggesting and proposing ideas. 11Effectively manage and grow social communities across multiple platforms through insight, planning, development, and delivery of social content & strong community engagement. 12 Delivering analytics reports on a regular basis for all social network activity and enhance social media performance.
