What qualifications are required to become a Aluminium Fabrication Foreman?

1. At least 5 years of fabrication experience in a manufacturing environment

2. Knowledge and understanding of aluminum processing including rolling, drawing, extrusion and casting

3. Strong hands-on skills with welding and cutting tools such as plasma or oxyacetylene torch & MIG welder

4. Experience managing smaller production runs within an assembly line setting

5. Proven leadership abilities within a team
