Lucky Engineering Services is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Aluminium Fabricator in their office located in UNITED ARAB EMIRATES. They are a DIRECT COMPANY with a team of 51-200 employees working to offer services that ensure the highest standards of quality and perfection.
A aluminium fabricator is someone who creates aluminum products, such as aircraft parts or automobiles. They may also work with other metals to create composite materials.
1. A minimum of two years experience in fabricating aluminium products is required to become a Aluminium Fabricator.
2. Knowledge and skills in welding, cutting, drilling and machining are essential for this position.
3. Must have good hand-eye coordination and be able to work with both hands simultaneously on the job site.
4. Familiarity with using computersized programs such as aluminum CAD software or CNC machines is desirable but not necessary for this career path。
5. Good attitude towards completing tasks quickly under pressure is also an asset
1. Ability to read and interpret blueprints or drawings of aluminium fabrication equipment.
2. Knowledge of metalworking principles, including how to use a milling machine, lathe, drilling machines, and other precision tools specific to the aluminum manufacturing process.
3. Skill in using welding techniques for joining pieces of aluminum together into frames or parts.
4. Experience fabricating large objects from sheets of metal by cutting them down into smaller shapes with saws and chisels, then fastening them together with screws or welds as needed..
5 . Working knowledge of Standard Symbol Notation (SSN), which is used in engineering documents to describe dimensions, angles etc
