A aluminium fitter is a person who fits aluminum parts together. They use special tools and knowledge to ensure the pieces fit correctly and are not damaged in the process.
- Must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Possess good hand eye coordination, manual dexterity and precision.
- Have experience in fitting aluminium parts to various objects.
- Be able to read blueprints and understand technical drawings of aluminum components/objects.
-Good problem solving skills
-Strong eye for detail
-Flexible and able to work independently as well as part of a team
-Very good knowledge in aluminium alloys, fabrication methods and welding techniques
