To be responsible for the fabrication, positioning and alignment of parts for products. To be able to assemble those parts into products including tools, machinery and machine components. Lift fabrication measurements. Create layout plans and fabricate steel gates, doors, railings and furniture. Plan and coordinate the activities of production workers. Efficiently solve problems. Check inventory and order raw materials. Perform quality check for all products leaving the factory (paint finish, correct sizes etc.) Knowledgeable in operating machinery and equipment. Make sure safety measures are being applied by staff. Job Type: Full-time

Architectural Engineer Requirements: A bachelor's in architectural engineering. 2-5 years working experience is required. A professional engineering license,experienced in Abu Dhabi Municipality regulations. Current knowledge of UAE industry trends, technology, codes, and regulations. The ability to diagram designs both manually and with computer-aided drafting. Good team working and communication skills. Good time management skills. JOB POSITION : Urban Planner What You Will Do Participate in all project planning phases, including conceptual designs and presentations. Collaborate with design teams, clients, consultants, regulatory agencies, and other vendors to meet overall project objectives Collaborate with the global Urban Design team to develop and advance urban design and planning projects. Prepare graphic/narrative reports and presentations that communicate process, research, and concepts. Manage presentations and production of planning and urban design projects. Your Qualifications Bachelor of Architecture, Environmental Design, Urban Design or planning discipline equivalent required; advanced degree in Urban Design or Planning preferred. 5-10 years of related project experience in master planning and urban design in mixed-use environments. Proven background in creative collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams, from concept through presentation Creative Initiator that brings curiosity, enthusiasm and a “can do” attitude. Strong leadership, management, and mentoring skills, and/or the desire to develop those skills. Knowledge and passion for working on a variety of projects including urban design & planning. Experience contributing to business development strategies and a desire to help build a practice. Proficiency in modeling using 2D/3D software, such as CAD, Revit, 3dViz, 3d Studio MAX, and/or Rhino utilizing Vray Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and SketchUp. Knowledge of relevant zoning codes and other planning regulations. Licensure and LEED accreditation a plus. Strong networking skills and contacts in region. Strong oral, written, and graphic communication skills. Your Design Technology Qualifications Deep knowledge and experience in Autodesk Revit for design authoring, documentation, data extracts and project delivery Experience in collaboration within the BIM context, including cloud-based markups, consultant coordination and clash detection. Experience in strategic planning, setup of BIM projects, and troubleshooting, specifically in the context of Revit and allied workflows.
