1. Have good hand-eye coordination and be able to see clearly in tight spaces.

4. Understand how automotive parts function and be familiar enough with automobile repair procedures that they can do basic repairs without assistance if needed (e..g., replacing brake pads).

5. Possess excellent manual dexterity; need to be able to handle small screws quickly and accurately as well as maneuver large objects onto surfaces such as dashboards
