Auto Painter Job in Dubai

Painter job description • Using spray gun and/or other tools to spray filler materials on the surfaces of vehicles that have scratches or damages to make sure they acquire a level and smooth surface before applying the paint. • Preparing the surfaces that need to be painted on automotive such as buses, cars and trucks and polishes painted surfaces. • Taking care of the parts of vehicle of the customer of garage that have not been painted by covering with a paper and masking tape so that they do not get coated with paint. • Contributing to garage’s goal of total customer satisfaction by proper and timely execution of all paint and garage orders. • Carrying out service and repairs of garage customers vehicles with zero comebacks. • Completing all repair orders of garage within the time allocated. • Achieving monthly productivity target as set by the higher management of the garage. • Returning garage customer’s vehicle in a clean condition. • Ensuring garage quality control levels are attained. • Doing the jobs of garage assigned right the first time. • Using all protective equipment to maintain the cleanliness of garage customer’s vehicle (Seat Covers, Floor Mats, and Fender Covers). • Maintaining an adequate inventory of garage hand tools to meet the servicing, designing and repairing requirements. • Ensuring all garage customer requests on the repair order are being completed to a high-quality standard. • Striving to complete all repair orders of garage within the time allotted by Workshop Controller/Engineer. • Identifying and advising garage workshop controller of any additional repair items found on customer vehicles. • Carrying out final inspection of all work completed on the assigned job card of garage • Maintaining accurate clocking practices by clocking on and off every repair order by reporting to the Workshop Controller/Engineer of garage. • Treating garage customers’ vehicles and belongings with care. • Transcribing clear accurate account of all work complete onto the repair orders of garage. • Maintaining a clean and professional appearance at all times whilst on premises of garage Keeping work area of garage clean and tidy at all times. • Clocking-on to fingerprint scanner of garage facility upon arrival and off upon departure. Requirements • A minimum of 5 years of experience working with classic and high-end cars. • High school graduate, related technical certification. • High attention to detail.
