A back office staff is a group of employees who support the operations and management of an organization by performing clerical, administrative or customer service tasks.
1. Experience working in a back office environment
2. Good organizational skills
3. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator
4. Excellent communication and customer service abilities
5. Proven experience managing multiple tasks simultaneously
-The ability to type at a fast pace.
