What is a Bike Rider?

A Bike Rider is someone who rides a bike for transportation. They may ride to work, ride around town, or cycle on trails.

What qualifications are required to become a Bike Rider?

A person must be at least 8 years old, have a low center of gravity and good balance. They also need to be physically fit enough to ride for an extended period of time without getting tired. Bike riders should also have some basic riding skills such as how to stop on a dime, stay in control while turning and braking, and know when it is safe to go off the bike path.

What are the skills required to become a Bike Rider?

- Riding a bike correctly - this includes being aware of traffic, riding within your abilities and following the rules of the road.

- Being able to stay calm under pressure - whether you're on your own or in a group ride.

- Knowing how to change a tire quickly and safely - even if you've never done it before!

- Having good balance and coordination; biking is an activity that requires both strength and agility.

- A willingness to take risks: when cycling around town, there's always the potential for accidents, so it's important be comfortable with risk taking.
