What is a Bike Rider?

A bike rider is someone who rides a bicycle. They can be male or female, young or old, and there are many different types of bikes to choose from. Bike riders use their bicycles for transportation; they might ride to school, work, or visit friends.

What qualifications are required to become a Bike Rider?

-A driver's license or permit

-At least 4 years of age

-Bicycle must be in safe and proper condition with brakes working properly, headlight on, rear reflector activated, and a bell or horn attached.

-Ability to ride at least 2 miles without getting off the bike

-Willingness to learn how to operate safely within traffic
