Minahil Fatima General Maintance Contracting Llc is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Bitumen Torcher / Applicator in their office located in UNITED ARAB EMIRATES. They are a DIRECT COMPANY working to offer services that ensure the highest standards of quality and perfection.
A bitumen torch or applicator is a tool used to apply asphalt, tar and other road construction materials. It consists of a gas-fired burner that heats the material until it begins to smoke, at which point the operator uses an adjustable nozzle to dispense the hot liquid onto the surface being repaired or replaced.
1. Experience as a Bitumen Torcher / Applicator is required
2. Must be physically fit and able to work in difficult conditions
3. Knowledge of oilfield equipment and procedures is necessary
4. Good coordination, problem solving, and communication skills are essential
5. Valid safety certification or training is mandatory
1. The ability to read a map and plot a route
2. The need for precision when applying the hot tar / asphalt mixture
3. Working safely in confined spaces with high temperatures, fumes and heavy equipment
4. Having good hand-eye coordination while using the tool correctly
5. Being able to work long hours under pressure
