Responsibilities Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs Arrange business meetings with prospective clients Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople Requirements and skills Proven working experience as a business development manager/ Engineer, sales or a relevant role Candidate should have a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience required in the construction industry in Riyad, Saudi Arabia Experience in customer support/Marketing and sales is a plus Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) The ability to handle multiple languages is plus Candidate should have good Market knowledge Candidate should have good communication and negotiation skills Listing of the company with developers, main contractors, consultants, and government authorities Efficient in preparing Sales and Marketing reports Time management and planning skills Bachelor’s degree/master’s in Engineering/ marketing would be an advantage.
