We are looking for a new team member to join our busy, challenging and fast-paced Fashion Service/Restoration Shop. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the shop, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively. This role includes managing & directing the team members including a driver, organizes orders for pick-up & delivery as per clients interest, creating business strategies, developing promotional material, seeking for new products and suppliers with the help of an assistant, and reporting to the business owner on a weekly bases, as well as dealing with clients and making sure sales targets are reached every month. An outstanding shop manager should be able to ensure a smooth operation and a maximum profitability of the shop. _ The candidate must be: Able to work under pressure and able to face challenges. Fluent in English (Speaking, reading, and writing), as we receive orders online from High-End Clients. Able to work 9 to 6. Living in Dubai. Knowledgeable in Fashion (Shoes & Bags) and preferably knows about Leather types and materials. Familiar with Instagram Business, Google Business, & WhatsApp Business and Microsoft Excel.
