Having 2 or more years of UAE experience with one of the knowing business consultancies in Dubai is a must. Having knowledge in Company formation in all legal forms according to UAE legislation. Contract system (Articles of Association, Management Contracts, Powers of Attorney). Pre-approvals, categorization, registration with the concerned Economic Departments. Document clearing up to license handout. General PRO Services (Visa, Approvals, Labor Cards. Establishment Card). Business set up process in Offshore, Dubai mainland and Free Zones Companies. Familiarity with UAE labor and immigration ministries and other government bodies including expert level. Knowledge about UAE labor and immigration laws and tactical processes. Good Communication and Interpersonal skills. Ready to join immediately

Business setup consultants must have a strong background in business, sales, and marketing. They should also be knowledgeable about online setting up businesses. Finally, they should have experience working with small businesses.
1. Strong communication skills - It's important to be able to clearly and concisely articulate your business' setup needs to potential clients, as well as work collaboratively with them during the consultation process.
2. Knowledge of software installation and configuration - You'll need some knowledge of common enterprise software installations (e.g., Office 365) in order to provide a comprehensive assessment of what's necessary for your client's new business venture.
3. Proven experience setting up or managing remote office environments - As a Business Setup Consultant, you'll likely be working with clients who are located outside of your local area; this means that you must have strong administrative skills when it comes to setting up and administrating virtual offices or collaborating remotely via videoconferencing/conference call services providers such as Zoom .
4. Experience troubleshooting IT issues – In addition to providing guidance on how best set-up an organization's technology infrastructure, being a Business Setup Consultant also requires excellent problem solving abilities when things go wrong – knowledgeable enough about systems administration tools like PowerShell scripting , Windows Event Viewer , etc…to get complex problems solved quickly without having any tech support involved 。
