Butcher Job in Dubai

• Receive, check and store all fish and documented fish quantity. • Fillet and discard non-edible parts like scales and bones from fish. • Cut, slice and portion fish according to customer’s orders. • Place and showcase fish cuts and merchandise in the display area, in an attractive manner. • Clean workplace and equipment to maintain hygiene and HACCP standards. • Operate and maintain proper functioning of all assigned equipment • Knowledge of preparation techniques and cuts. • Strong communication, task management, and customer service skills. • Role open for males only. Must look clean and presentable at all times and maintain good hygiene standards. • Must be flexible in terms of shifts and location. • 1+ year of experience is necessary.
