Ideal candidate should be experienced at the following: Cake Decorating, making 3D Cakes, Customize Cakes, Shape Cakes, Special Cakes, Making Edible Figures such as characters, flowers etc. using Fondant, Gum-paste, Chocolate Garnishing, Fruit Garnishing, Fruit Carving, Baking and Pastries.
