Job Description

Only Own Visa Candidate Apply Please Key Result Responsibilities: 1. Handle and respond to customers’ inquiries, requests and complaints in a positive, timely and effective manner whilst ensuring company’s branding and corporate image are up to the set standards. 2. Demonstrates thorough understanding of the Call Centre’s core activities & functionalities, supports the team in day-to-day operations and ensures maximum productivity, flexibility, and cooperation are achieved. 3. Provides accurate information about the company’s products and services, gathers accurate information, books service appointments and liaises with internal departments to ensure that the booked appointments were received at the specified branch. 4. Ensures all key performance indicators for customer satisfaction are achieved, including agreed service levels, quality standards and productivity. 5. Demonstrates willingness and cooperation in learning new initiatives and methodologies that add value to the overall performance. 6. As needed, escalates complaints to concerned parties within the team, or any other division and follows up on action taken. 7. Performs any additional responsibilities as advised by the Line Manager/ Supervisor. Qualifications: High School/Diploma or equivalent. Capable of using technology systems and tools such as Microsoft Office. English (Mandatory) & Arabic (Advantage)
