Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support Call clients and customers to inform them about the company’s new products, services and policies Review customer or client accounts, providing updates and information Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve customer service candidates with prior experience in call center only will be shortlisted Strong communication and customer service attitude required. Should be ready to work in shifts Salary :3500/- to 4000/-AED Age: below 40 years Location :Dubai, UAE candidates on visit visa or cancelled visa preferred.
