Job Description

Promptly responding to customer queries via email, live chat, video, phone, and social media channels.  Immediately escalating serious complaints or issues that you are not equipped to deal with.  Liaising with colleagues or managers to find the best solutions to customers’ issues.  Identifying common problems and escalating them to management, along with possible suggestions for improvement, wherever possible.  Maintaining a polite, helpful, and professional manner at all times.  Obtaining and sharing customer feedback with colleagues and other departments so that products and services can be improved.  Familiarizing yourself with new products and services as they are introduced.  Attending workshops and meetings as required.  Providing training to new customer service agents.  Respecting client confidentiality at all times.

A call center executive is responsible for the overall operation of a call center. They are in charge of staffing, scheduling, and managing calls.

1. Strong leadership skills - a Call Center Executive must be able to effectively lead and manage a team of employees. They must be able to set clear expectations, provide guidance and support when needed, as well as take ownership for their successes or failures.

2. Excellent communication abilities - the Call Center Executive needs to be good at both verbal and written communication in order to effectively work with customers. They need to be able convey information clearly, concisely, accurately, consistently and politely while maintaining composure under pressure.
