Job Description

JOB DISCRIPTION : Answering inbound calls of applicants/Customers. Call resolution by giving correct and timely information. Communicating with the customers in a polite and helpful manner over the phone. Constantly updating self on the updates set by Embassy of India (EOI)/Consulate General of India (CGI) Upselling additional optional services there by earn incentives. Achieving monthly targets of upselling. Skills Required · Excellent communication in English and Hindi · Experience in call center · Experience of tele sales or upselling through calls. · Should have valid residence visa in Dubai. (Under Father/Husband) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
