Turkish Cuisine Chef 1.Duties and Responsibilities: 2.Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities 3.Prepare and cook complete meals or Turkish specialty foods 4.Instruct cooks in cooking, garnishing, and presentation of food Modify menus or create new ones 5.Create new recipes 6.Supervise cooks and other kitchen staff 7.Plan menus and requisition food and kitchen supplies 8.Identify new culinary techniques and presentations Requirements: 9.Must have a minimum of three to five years of experience in cooking authentic Turkish cuisine 10.Have deep knowledge of Turkish cuisine and culture 11.Have excellent counseling and interpersonal skills 12.Have the ability to manage, train and motivate staff Job type: Permanent, Full-time (40 hours per week) Education: not required Language: English/Arabic Start date: As soon as possible Available positions: One (1)
