What qualifications are required to become a Chef?

1. Education in Culinary Arts or related field

2. 3-5 years of professional kitchen experience, including 1 year as a Line Cook or Sous Chef

3. Proven ability to lead and manage teams of cooks in both formal and informal settings

4. Excellent communication, organizational, problem solving and leadership skills

5. Passion for food
