Chiller Technician Job in Dubai

Job Description

o carry out Planned, Reactive & Corrective Maintenance Task. Ensure tasks are completed within the required response time based on priorities. Execute PPM tasks as per the schedules and frequencies. Submit the daily reports to the supervisor. Monitor the spare parts, tools, and equipment required to execute the maintenance work. Communicate with supervisors in case of a major breakdown, Emergency tasks, abnormal readings, or issues in the water-cooled chillers. Follow the safety regulations and procedures while performing maintenance work. Competent to operate water-cooled chillers, cooling towers and provide readings & records on a daily basis. Qualifications Two years Diploma or ITI in HVAC. Past experience in (District cooling plant) water-cooled chillers, cooling tower operations, and maintenance. Knowledge of CAFM system, KPI & SLA. Good reporting skills. Gulf Region experience preferred.
