What is a Civil Foreman?

A civil foreman is an individual who oversees the construction of civil projects. This may include overseeing the work of laborers and other contractors, as well as ensuring that all required permits are obtained and that project deadlines are met. A civil foreman also ensures compliance with safety standards and applicable laws.

What qualifications are required to become a Civil Foreman?

1. A civil foreman must have experience in construction or a related field.

2. The civil foreman should be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work as part of a team.

3. The civil foreman should be able to think outside the box when problem solving and have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

4. In order to become a certified Civil Foremen, the individual must pass an exam offered by the National Association of Certified Civil Foremen (NACCF).

5 .The ideal candidate for this position has previous management experience in Construction, Skilled Trades or Technical fields such as Mechanical Engineering
