What is a Civil Labor?

A civil labor is a type of work that does not involve any physical activity. Civil labor includes, but is not limited to, working at home doing research or writing; watching TV; filling out government forms; and answering phone calls from customers.

What qualifications are required to become a Civil Labor?

1. A person must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

2. A person must be at least 18 years old and not currently incarcerated.

3. The applicant must pass a criminal background check and registration process with the Department of Labor Standards Enforcement (DLS).
