What is a Civil Multi Technician

A Civil Multi Technician is a person who has been certified in multiple trades, such as Masonry, Carpentry, and Painting. This certification allows the individual to work in one trade while also providing training in another trade should they need it.

What qualifications are required to become a Civil Multi Technician

1. A graduate degree in civil engineering, architecture, construction management or related field is required.

2. Three years of experience as a skilled tradesman are necessary.

3. The technician must have excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills and be able to work independently with little supervision.

4. Must be proficient with AutoCAD software and other common drawing tools used in the construction industry such as rulers, templates, angles etc..

5. Diploma in Masonry/Carpentry/Painting from an accredited school is highly recommended
