*Managing all aspects of construction for your own live project and be reporting into the Project Manager, *Controlling all aspects of the construction works, *Keeping the project adequately resourced with plant and materials, *Self-performing certain elements of works, *Monitoring and controlling all aspects of H&S, *Controlling and managing specialist sub-contractors, *Keeping accurate records of production, *Providing reports on works completed, etc. *Directing and supervising the workers. *Reporting workers issues direct to the management.
