Akcura Metal Crafters is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Cladding Worker in their office located in UNITED ARAB EMIRATES. They are a DIRECT COMPANY with a team of 11-50 employees working to offer services that ensure the highest standards of quality and perfection.
A Cladding Worker is a person who installs and repairs cladding on buildings. They may work in construction, architecture or engineering firms.
1. A degree in construction or a related field is required.
2. Experience working with cladding materials and systems is desired.
3. Excellent hand-eye coordination, problem solving skills, and the ability to work independently are essential traits for this position.
4. Knowledge of construction safety procedures and tools is also necessary as Cladding Workers often work on high-risk projects .
5.. Good communication skills are key; workers need to be able to convey complex information clearly both orally and in writing
skills required to become a cladding worker:
- Excellent working with hands and vision
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Knowledge of construction materials, including the use of tools such as saws, hammers, drills etc.
- Ability to read drawings or specifications
